The F-250 and F-350 come with the same engine options, including a standard 6.2-liter V8 that makes 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque - a more powerful 7.3-liter V8 increases those numbers to 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. For the tougher tasks, there's the available 6.7-liter Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel, which pumps out best-in-class 475 horsepower and a whopping 1,050 pound-feet of torque. The F-250 can tow a maximum of 20,000 pounds, while its bigger cousin, the F-350, maxes out at 37,000 pounds with gooseneck/5th-wheel configuration.
